Our One Bedroom Suites are furnished and decorated in restful shades that reflect the rental property's award-winning gardens. With small and efficient kitchens, stocked with basic cooking and serving ware, customers tell us those comfortable, at home meals and easy snacks really help to keep their vacation costs inline.

While you're inside, listen to music or stay in touch with your favorite soap.

Maybe take a nap after all the jogging, swimming and sightseeing. The mattresses are queen-size, both in the bedroom and in the living room sofa-sleeper. There are two snug bunks in the hall, great fun and good sleeping for the little ones.

There's a full bath with tub and shower in every beachfront rental suite. All condo rental rooms are efficient, quiet, and have air conditioning. Laundry facilities are located on every floor with elevators down the hall and 24-hour front desk service.

Villa del Sol Housekeeping

As a condominium resort, we offer you greater privacy by only providing housekeeping service on extended stays; our guests can exchange towels daily at the front desk. Housekeeping service is provided once a week for our weekly and monthly guests. Housekeeping service includes: change of towels, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and bed making. Our housekeeping service does not include dishwashing. Dishes left dirty incur a $25 charge.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes equipped with the following items: dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, toaster, can opener, pots and pans, cutting knives, serving utensils, and glassware. Additionally, it includes a refrigerator and microwave oven.

Villa Facilities

Corpus Christi Beach

Walking, fishing, playing volleyball, or tanning is easy because we are located right on the beach. There is also a fish cleaning table and running water provided at beach end of building one.

Gardens

The Gardens at Villa Del Sol will make you pull out your camera or your paintbrush. They glisten with life and color. The reds and soft oranges of oleander and bougainvillea paint the exterior walls and wrap the balconies with cascades of vibrant color, cooled by the soft green palm trees, pastel lilies and purple and pink petunias.

Swimming Pools

2 swimming pools and 2 children's pools are located in the front of the 1st and 3rd building. The Pool at first building is heated in winter. 2 hot tubs are located in the front of building 2.

BBQ Parks

There are 4 barbeque parks available. Please inquire as to location of each.

Parking

There are nine acres of guest parking available.

Vending Machines

Soft Drink and snack machines are located at elevator lobbies in each building. Newspaper machines are on ground level, across from the Front Desk. Ice machines are located in each building for guest use.

Guest Services

Check-in | Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00p.m. There is "late check-out" availalble for a $25.00 per hour fee. After the third hour a full day rental is charged. Late check-out is not always available so please inquire with the front desk.

Laundry

Laundry facilities (coin operated washers and dryers) are located on every floor in each building on the bay front end.

Mail

Mail service is available at the Front Desk for our extended-stay, or long-term Hotel guests.

Fax

Fax service is available at the Front Desk. There is a fee for incoming and outgoing faxes. The fax number is (361) 883-7537.

Pets

We are sorry, but no pets are allowed in our short term rentals.

Long Term Rentals

Please inquire about our extremely popular, low-cost program for long-term WINTER TEXANS who "Summer with us" in the fall, winter and early spring.

We also have a program for folks who are CONTRACT WORKERS or TEMPORARY WORKERS who are in our area for a month or longer.
